A Brazilian plastic surgeon has claimed that the besieged Libyan leaderMoammar Ghadaffi underwent fat grafting and hair transplantsback in 1995 in order to keep looking young for his people. According tothe OC Register, Dr. Liacyr Ribeiro and a colleague flew to Libya to performthe procedures. Apparently Dr. Ribeiro also recommended a facelift, whichGadhafi refused. Afterward, the doctors believed he looked like a “45year old man.”
Well, he looks like hell now.
How scary would that be for a plastic surgeon to operate on aterrorist-supporting dictator in his own country? That would freak meout. To properly make Moammar look younger, he would need a Volumetric Facelift and upper andlower blepharoplasty. But evenwith this, one fact remains: He is one crazy S.O.B.
