Usher’sEx-wife Tameka Foster recently commented on her cardiac arrestprior to undergoing planned liposuction surgery in Brazil. Apparently, she arrested prior to the surgery even starting, and never ended uphaving it done. She’s very lucky to have made what appears to be acomplete recovery.
